Question about the three day diet?
Dinner
3 ounces any lean meat or chicken
1 cup green beans
1 cup carrots
1 apple
1 cup regular vanilla ice cream
what kind of meat did you guys eat, and how am I suppose to know how much three ounces are?
and also instead of a grapefruit in the morning, I ate an apple, is that okay?
to be honest a 3-day diet is pretty much a waste of time at most you will lose maybe 1-2 lbs of water weight. short term diets that are very low cal are only good for losing water weight when you need to look a little better for an event or to squeeze into that special outfit, etc.

but regarding what you have listed. the type of protein is irrelevant as long as it’s lean. so it can be lean meat, poultry, fish, seafood, etc. 3 oz. is about 1 small hamburger, 1/2 a chicken breast, 1/2 can of tuna, 1 thin pork chop..it’s not a lot of food. and using and apple for the gf is fine as they are both low GI fruits.
