3 day diet?urgent help.?


hey i am following the 3 day diet(i know its a fad diet!)…..and does anyone know what i can substitute for tuna and lean meat?
i heard that i can substitute cottage cheese for tuna?is that right?????

and anyways does this diet work for short term weight loss?

None of those diets work. If you want to lose weight, stop drinking soda pop, even diet soda pop. Start drinking water. And when you eat your supper, take small portions, and take small bites. This will help make you not feel so hungry. And do a lot of walking, when the weather is nice.

I wont the 3 day diet that you can loose `10 lbs in 3 days?


The diet consist of eating peanut butter on toast for breakfast and tuna sometimes and I remember you could eat 2 weiners for dinner on one day. You was suppose to be able to loose 10 lbs in 3 days. I would like to have the diet if any one has it. I don’t remember the name of it.

I actually have tried this diet.
After meals I was content.
I didn’t eat too much & I didn’t under eat.
Yet, on the 2nd day I kind of gave in due to other cravings.
I’m not good at following thees kind of things ;xx
But here it is:

Instructions:

Drink 4 glasses of water or diet soda per day.

You can add herbs, salt, pepper, lemon, vinegar, Worcestershire, soy sauce, mustard & ketchup to your foods.

DAY 1

BREAKFAST

Black Coffee or Tea w/1-2 packets of Sweet & Low or Equal

1/2 Grapefruit or Juice

1 Toast with 1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter

LUNCH

1/2 Cup of Tuna

1 Toast

Black Coffee or Tea w/1-2 packets of Sweet & Low or Equal

DINNER

3 Oz. any lean meat or chicken

1 cup green beans

1 cup carrots

1 apple

1 cup regular vanilla ice cream

DAY 2

BREAKFAST

black coffee or tea w/1-2 packets of Sweet & Low or Equal

1 Egg

1/2 Banana

1 Toast

LUNCH

1 cup cottage cheese or tuna

8 regular saltine crackers

DINNER

2 beef franks

1 cup broccoli or cabbage

1/2 cup carrots

1/2 banana

1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream

DAY 3

BREAKFAST

black coffee or tea w/1-2 packets of Sweet & Low or Equal

5 regular saltine crackers

1 oz. cheddar cheese

1 apple

LUNCH

1 boiled egg

1 toast

black coffee or tea w/1-2 packets of Sweet & Low or Equal

DINNER

1 cup tuna

1 cup carrots

1 cup cauliflower

1 cup melon

1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream

looks like it could, as its basically a mini version of what you need in your diet.
I’ve never heard of it before though…

Help with diet (3 day diet mainly)?

I am going to start the 3 day diet, but with one problem. is there ANYTHING i can substitute the tuna for? i cant eat tuna. anyone have suggestions for me please!?!?!?

if you eat black salmon I think its better for you then tuna and you can always substitute tuna with salad.

has the 3 day diet ever failed and if so,what health risks does it pose?

i tryed this kind of short term diets, you loose weight indeed, but the bad effects are there" you get weak and all the time you are hungry… and after you lose weight, after a month, more or less, you gain that weight again. after you starve , your body takes the first opportunity for making a "stock", in case you decide to starve again
anyway, people are different, so, maybe somebody else will tell you the opposite

Any diet that you cant stick to every day of your life is not a good one and will only slow down your metabolism.

You will lose weight with this diet.
However it is mostly water(I know you didn’t want to hear that,but its true).

You can do it about every 2 weeks or so.

How much Weight Can i lose on the 3 day diet?

Does the weight stay off??
I know it is not healthy but i am very insecure.

Yes, just count the calories and keep it at the level you are supposed to.

im 5′3 and weigh about 117i want to go on the three day diet. please dont critisize be about how i shouldent loose 10lbs.or whatever…this diet is perfectly healthy your eating tuna,eggs, wheat, fruits, vegtibles and lean meats. and your still. eating 3 meals a day.

i just want to know if any of you guys know if the starting weight effects how much you loose???

and if any of you have done this diet how were the end results?

It will only help if you exercise and thats the only way you can lose weight for just 3 days .
