any success with the 3 day diet?


Has anyone tried the 3 day chemical diet? Your on the diet for three days and then off for four… Has it worked for anyone who has tried it?

Day 1
Breakfast
1/2 Grapefruit Slice of toast 2 tsp peanut butter
Lunch
1/2 cup Tuna Slice of toast
Dinner
3oz meat 1 cup Beets 1 cup Green beans 1 small apple 1 cup Vanilla ice cream

etc…

i have been told it works but think of it wud u limit urself to eat just that allll the time to lose weight cuz when u stop eatin what the diets wants u to wat wud u eat
