    heyy! im 75 kilos and im aiming for 68, at least my BMI says tht this is how much i should weight in order to be healthy.     How much you weigh doesn’t always determine if you’re overweight or not!!! I’m 14 (femaleeee) and I weigh 135, but I’m nt fat or anything, look at my pic and you’ll see.
    I play a lot of sports which means muscle. An muscle weighs more than fat, so chill.
