Hospital Three Day Diet
There is nothing as such known as a hospital three day plan. It's only that many people tend to lose weight in hospitals because there nutritious food in correct proportions are provided to the patients and hence they tend to lose weight.
Over-eating is the basic cause of weight gain. And the thing is weight gain is faster than weight loss. The diet plans conceived are based on these principles and hence most are healthy and not hazardous to health as many people believe.
Daily breakfast
Kellogs with milk consisting 1% fat
Strawberries-1 cup.
Water or coffee-1 cup.
Mid-morning
Half a bagel with cream cheese
Water
Lunch
Ground turkey 2 ounces, 1 cup rice and chicken
1/2 cup cooked or steamed carrots
1/2 bagel with cream cheese
1/2 orange or any fruit of your choice
Mid-day snack
Ground turkey 2 ounces, 1 cup rice and chicken
1/2 cup cooked or steamed carrots
Dinner
Beef Stroganoff-1 pound
1/2 cup cooked peas
melons 1 cup
Water to drink.
This is the hospital diet plan but it can vary according to your choice and other sicknesses you may be suffering from and also by consulting your physician. Diet plans are to be adopted by taking into consideration various aspects like your health conditions, body structure, body constituency etc.
You must make it your goal to lose weight systematically and keeping the long run in mind, not just getting into something just for the sake of getting along with the current market trends and fashion, it shouldn't be like this that some fashionable people are doing it, so I'll also flow with the trend. A trend is something which is currently in fashion but it shouldn't be something which hampers your living or health. Health is vital, here the only goal shouldn't be of looking good alone. Looking good is required but not at the cost of your health. Nothing is to be achieved at the cost of your health since even money can't buy health and health is your duty to take care of it. As the basic goal of losing weight also is health more than looks and beauty, what better thing to achieve than killing two birds at the same time with a good diet combined with exercise.
